Eligibility for Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on:
- All orders above ₹999 (India) or the equivalent in your local currency.
- Select promotional periods, where free shipping applies to all orders regardless of value.
Note: Orders below the free shipping threshold may include a small delivery fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other regions: 5–8 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and public holidays.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order directly from the “Track Your Order” page on our website.
Exceptions
Free shipping may not apply to:
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Remote or out-of-delivery-area locations (as defined by our courier partners)
- Large, heavy, or fragile items requiring special handling
In such cases, you’ll be notified of any shipping charges before checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, we offer free shipping within India only. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
